• When you contact or book with us (WhatsApp, email, phone or in the studio): your name, contact details, appointment details and anything you choose to tell us, such as skin sensitivities that affect your treatment.
• When you visit the website: basic technical information such as your IP address, browser and device, recorded by our hosting provider to keep the site secure and working.

We don't use advertising or tracking tools on this website, and we don't sell your information.

• to arrange, confirm and carry out your appointments, and keep a record of them and of payments;
• to provide treatments safely, taking into account health information you share with us;
• to reply to your messages and let you know about changes to your booking;
• to keep the website secure and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We only send promotional messages if you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.

We only share personal information with services that help us run the business and this website:

• WhatsApp (Meta) — booking messages you send us (privacy policy)
• Cloudflare — website hosting, security and image storage (privacy policy)
• Neon — the database that holds our client and booking records, the website's blog and our staff sign-in (privacy policy)

Links to our Instagram, TikTok and Facebook pages take you to those platforms, whose own privacy policies apply. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Some of these providers store information outside South Africa. We use providers that protect personal information to a standard comparable to POPIA.

We keep client and booking records only for as long as we need them to look after you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, and then delete them.

This website doesn't set cookies for visitors. Cookies are only used to keep our staff signed in to the studio's admin area.

Under POPIA you may:

• ask what personal information we hold about you and request a copy;
• ask us to correct or delete it;
• object to us using it, or withdraw consent you have given;
• complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.
