This website tells you about our studio, treatments and prices, and lets you contact us to book. Bookings are made with us directly — usually on WhatsApp — and are only confirmed once we reply to confirm them.

We keep the treatments and prices on this website up to date, but they may change and some may differ from what is shown. The price we confirm when you book is the one that applies. Treatment descriptions are general information, not medical advice.

If you need to cancel or move an appointment, please let us know as early as possible. Any cancellation or deposit terms are explained when you book.

Please tell us before your treatment about any skin conditions, allergies, medication or recent procedures that might affect it, so we can look after you safely. We may decline or adjust a treatment if we believe it isn't suitable.

Please use the website lawfully and don't try to disrupt it or access parts of it that aren't meant for you. The staff area is for our team only.

The text, photos, logo and design on this website belong to The Sugar & Wax Bar Durban or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages, but please don't copy our content without asking.

Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook take you to services run by others. Their own terms apply, and we aren't responsible for their content.

We do our best to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses caused by using it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
